USB-C Charging Port Board GH96-14064A for Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G

This charging port board is designed for compatible Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G smartphones. It replaces the internal lower connection board and supports charging, USB data transfer, SIM card recognition and microphone functions.

Installation

Switch off the smartphone and remove the SIM card tray before beginning the repair. Carefully heat and open the back cover using suitable plastic opening tools.

Disconnect the battery and remove the internal covers and lower loudspeaker assembly. Release the connected flex cables and antenna connectors before removing the installed charging port board.

Position the new board correctly inside the housing and reconnect all components. Make sure that the USB-C port is correctly aligned with the housing opening. Soldering is normally not required.

Testing

Before closing the smartphone, test the charging function, USB connection, data transfer, SIM card recognition and lower microphone. After successful testing, complete the reassembly using suitable replacement adhesive.
