Condition Information

This is not a newly manufactured Apple Service Pack display. The assembly contains a refurbished original display panel. New replacement parts may have been used for the front glass, touch layer, polarizer or other layers during the refurbishment process.

Minor signs of previous installation may be present on areas that are not visible after installation. Such signs are associated with the refurbished condition of the component.

Important Sensor Information

The original paired upper sensor assembly must be transferred from the existing display where required. This sensor assembly contains device-specific components associated with Face ID and other sensor functions.

Face ID, True Tone and related functions may be unavailable if the original sensor components are damaged, replaced or transferred incorrectly. Display or calibration data may also need to be transferred using suitable professional equipment.

Compatibility Information

This display is intended for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro models from 2018 and 2020. It is not suitable for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro 1st or 2nd generation, or the Mini-LED models released from 2021 onwards.

Before ordering, verify the model number on the rear housing or in the device settings. Compare the display dimensions, flex cable layout, connector positions and sensor openings with the component being replaced.

Installation Information

Installation should be carried out by a qualified technician with experience in laminated iPad display repairs. The device must be switched off and the battery disconnected before internal components are removed or connected. Appropriate ESD protection should be used.

The original sensor assembly must be transferred carefully without damaging its flex cables or paired components. The LCD image, touchscreen, brightness, Face ID, cameras, microphones and True Tone function should be tested before new display adhesive is applied and the tablet is fully reassembled.

Opening and repairing the tablet may affect its original sealing. New, model-specific display adhesive should be used during final installation.
