JCID battery repair flex cable iPhone 11 Pro / 11 Pro Max (External)

Text-only quick guide (no images) for mounting and initializing the flex.

Required tools:

• JCID/JC V1SE or compatible programmer
• “Tag-on Battery Flex” with LCD
• Spot welder with nickel strip, ESD protection, hot air/heat pad

Step-by-step (summary):

1. Carefully remove protective films/pull tabs from the battery (gently warm if needed).
2. Separate old cells from the BMS/board with caution.
3. Spot-weld nickel strips to new cells; strictly observe polarity.
4. Install the Tag-on Battery Flex (with LCD) onto the battery module.
5. Connect the test flex and prepare for pre-test.
6. Connect to the JC device to read/check/activate battery data.
7. Run “Free from pairing” / warning-reduction in the software (if supported) to minimize iOS battery messages.
8. Final assembly; verify iOS Battery Health and any system messages.
