The Ruderer L530 is a high-performance, low-viscosity solvent-based adhesive, perfect for permanently bonding plastics together or with other materials. Ideal for demanding applications in smartphone repair, model building, and plastic processing.

Material Compatibility:

The Ruderer L530 plastic adhesive effectively bonds Polystyrene, ABS, PVC, ASA, Acrylic (PMMA), and SAN – as well as other materials like wood, ceramics, metals, and textiles. The adhesive's composition allows it to penetrate plastic surfaces, creating a bond similar to welding.

Processing Instructions:

Before application, ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are dry, clean, and grease-free. The adhesive can be applied on one side or both sides for larger areas. The bonded parts should be pressed together immediately while the adhesive is still wet to achieve the best possible adhesion.

Note: The Ruderer L530 allows for a brief correction period after assembly. The recommended fixation time is approximately 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the materials used and their tension. However, the adhesive is not suitable for semi-crystalline plastics like PE, PP, PTFE, or PET.
